If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size, area of operation, details of your enquiry, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). To transmit the form we use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your entries to our email mailbox. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Disclosure of data
Your data is not transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of a contract or required by law.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes the access data referred to in section 2 on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
6. Audience measurement with Vercel Web Analytics
To understand how many visitors use our website and which pages are accessed, we use Vercel Web Analytics. The service works without cookies and without creating user profiles. It records the page accessed, the referring page, country, device type, operating system and browser. The IP address is not stored; it is only used to generate an identifier that changes daily and cannot be traced back. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating and improving our offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
7. Appointment booking with Calendly
To book an initial call, we offer the calendar of the provider Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. The calendar is only loaded once you consent by clicking. Only then is data (IP address, name, email address, chosen appointment) transferred to Calendly, including to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Details at calendly.com/privacy.
8. Fonts
The fonts on this website (Source Serif 4, Inter) are hosted on our own server. No data is transferred to third parties when they load.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
